BJP demands concrete action against spurt in crime in Delhi.

New Delhi: Expressing concerns over rising lawlessness, Delhi BJP on Wednesday demanded immediate and concrete action to ensure safety and security of people of the city. "Lawlessness is rampant in Delhi even as the Chief Minister is expressing helplessness to do anything.
